Welcome to the world of Original Chapel Parket flooring.

What is the process of creating Chapel Parket floors like?

Wooden floors are a long-term investment. They are durable, timeless, and at the same time, they add a unique atmosphere to the interior they are placed in. All of these qualities are possible largely thanks to the proper woodworking process, as many important factors determine the final appearance of a floor.

In nature, no two trees are alike, and the same is true for the boards themselves. This is precisely what distinguishes them from artificially manufactured elements, on which the wood structure is factory-printed. Each floor made from natural raw materials is unique, and this effect can be further enhanced by choosing a "tailor-made" product, meaning one created according to the customer's preferences and needs. So what does the process of creating unique floors look like?

Proper preparation of the raw material

Wooden floors are a 100% ecological product. After being cut down and processed in the sawmill, the wood undergoes a seasoning process. This allows the raw material to reach the appropriate moisture content. This product is called sawn timber. - The moisture content of freshly cut wood is approximately 40-60 percent. Then, to achieve the desired moisture content (8-10 percent), the wood is aged in special drying rooms for four weeks. Of course, this process also depends on the current season. In winter, this period may be longer than in summer - explains the Production Director of Chapel Parket Flooring.

Sawn timber is an uneven material. Therefore, the next step is its proper processing by planing, both in terms of thickness and width. The final processing step is profiling, which results in material ready for the finished floor. Then, according to the customer's requirements specified in the order, the product is appropriately selected and stained. This is a "tailor-made" floor, so the investor has a real influence on its appearance -  assures the Production Director.

Brand Philosophy and Product

Chapel Parket's philosophy is based on the idea that each floor should have its own unique story, reflecting the richness of natural oak wood. Key product features include:

* Custom Orders: Floors are made exclusively to order, allowing the client to determine the final look of the product.

* Unique Processing: A special oak processing method (including planing) gives the floors a distinctive look and sets them apart from the competition.

* Wide Selection: The offering includes planks, slats, and panels available in over 50 shades and various widths, providing tens of thousands of possible combinations.

* Permanent Staining: Colors are durable because the wood is stained throughout, not just on the surface.

The brand's logo features an ancient architect, symbolizing the ability of every customer to create their own dream floor. Today, Chapel Parket floors are used in both prestigious commercial projects and private residences, including those under conservation protection.
